New Data: Gegham Stepanyan Reports the Number of Victims from the Fuel Depot Explosion

Gegham Stepanyan, the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, reports that as of 22:00 on September 26, the number of confirmed deaths from the explosion at the fuel depot stands at 68, according to the "Stepanakert Bureau of Forensic Examination" (the identity of 21 of the deceased has been established, while the others remain unknown).

The number of injured citizens is 290, of which 168 have been transferred today to medical facilities in Armenia. Among them, 96 were transported by helicopters of the Armenian and Russian peacekeepers, and 72 by ambulances of the Republic of Armenia, accompanied by representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

According to summarized data from calls received by information centers, the number of individuals with unknown fates due to the explosion is 105. The data collection process is ongoing.
