France Ready to Send Emergency Measures to Victims of Explosion: French Foreign Minister

“France is ready to send urgent measures. Azerbaijan must allow immediate access to humanitarian aid,” she noted.

It was reminded that a strong explosion occurred in a fuel storage facility near the Stepanakert-Askeran highway, resulting in many casualties and severe injuries, with complete assistance unable to be provided.
