VIDEO: Security Forces Begin Detaining Protest Participants

Protests have begun in Yerevan early this morning. The special forces have already started detaining citizens.

A large number of police forces have gathered at Republic Square.

The National Committee reports that traffic is currently blocked on Komitas Avenue near the Holy Cross Church, on Abovyan Street in front of the Yerevan State Medical University, at the beginning of the Kyiv Bridge, near Garegin Nzhdeh Square, and at the Teryan-Moscow intersection.
