VIDEO: 70 People Transferred from Artsakh's Martakert Region to Stepanakert, Russian Defense Ministry

The Russian Defense Ministry reports that 70 people have been transferred from Artsakh's Martakert region to Stepanakert. This was announced by TASS.

According to the Armenian government's statement, the flow of forcibly displaced persons continued throughout the night. Efforts to assess needs for assistance and to ensure living conditions have been ongoing throughout the night and are still in progress.

As of 06:00 on September 25, a total of 2,906 forcibly displaced persons have crossed from Nagorno-Karabakh into Armenia.
