Meeting Between Artsakh and Azerbaijan Representatives Concludes in Ivanyan

The latest meeting between the representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan has concluded in Ivanyan (Khojalu).

Today, the meeting was attended by the representatives of Artsakh, including the Acting Secretary of the National Security Council Sergey Martirosyan and Davit Melkumyan, a member of the Democratic faction in the Artsakh Parliament. The Azerbaijani side was represented by Milli Majlis MP Ramin Mamedov, who is also responsible for communication with Armenians residing in Nagorno-Karabakh.

It is noteworthy that the first meeting had taken place on September 21 in the Azerbaijani city of Yevlakh. Following that meeting, the Artsakh informational headquarters reported that it had been conducted in a constructive atmosphere, with several mutually significant issues discussed.
