Samvel Shahramanyan Meets with Citizens Displaced and Left Homeless by Recent Military Operations

President Samvel Shahramanyan met on September 24 with citizens displaced and left homeless as a result of the recent military operations, who have taken refuge near the permanent deployment site of Russian peacekeepers in Ivanyan. This information was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.

The citizens in a grave situation expressed their desire to be relocated to be with their relatives in Armenia.

As a result of the agreements reached, a decision was made to allocate 30 buses for the unimpeded transportation of these citizens to Armenia.

After the completion of the transportation process for the aforementioned homeless citizens in a difficult situation, all compatriots who wish to move to Armenia will have the opportunity to do so in the coming months.

The government also plans to organize the provision of fuel in a structured manner.

For those citizens who were compelled to remain in their homes and communities due to the military actions, we ask them to maintain calm and wait for official information regarding the process.

Given the artificial obstacles created by the population, we urge everyone to refrain from panic, disorder, violence, and criminal activities, and to exhibit restraint and lawfulness.

We inform that the process is under the continuous supervision of law enforcement agencies, which have been tasked with preventive measures.
