"You will see your face, but you will not see us in the status of a province, nor will we see the governor in the status of a governor" - MP from the Civil Contract party
Armen Mkrtchyan, an MP from the 'Civil Contract' faction of the Armenian National Assembly, made a statement on his Facebook page, stating:
“Do not overstep your limits. You will see your face, but you will not see us in the status of a province, nor will we see the governor in the status of a governor. In 1992, I will make you a member of the CSTO. Seven years later, in 1999, you will be leading. Then, I will take over your strategic assets (from energy infrastructure to railways) in exchange for a $80 million debt, making you a hostage. I will do this with the signature of your leader and my agent. If they refuse to sign, I will change them. If they change, your budget, which has become a looting platform, will be cut off. If you don't want that, I will take it. You will become a member of the EAEU within a few hours, overruling several years of negotiations for European integration. After that, I will sell $5 billion worth of military supplies to your enemy, with which he will attack your soldiers in April 2016 and afterwards, all with the silence of your leader and my—now the next—agent. If they do not keep silent, I will change them. If they change, your looting budget will be cut off again. If you don’t want it, I will sell it.
After that, you will expel my agents, saying you are in charge. You will say, 'I am not changing the external rate,’ you will remain in the CSTO and the EAEU, and you will accompany me on the peacekeeping mission to Syria and vote in international platforms with me synchronously. But still, there is a problem—you are the one to decide. Then, a large-scale war will start, and I will not come; you will lose. I will say it is not your territory. In May 2021, in September 2022, they will already attack your territory, and I will say it has not been delimited. I will mobilize my agents to replace you, but contrary to all rules, you will still be there, you will remain. We will sign a contract, you will pay, I will not give you weapons, I will say I am mixed up, then I will give. I will appoint agents of my agents, I will pull back with my peacekeepers, and your brothers, sisters, and children will be shelled.
And this is yet another good chance, fertile ground. I will create a platform on the street and social networks for my sloppy, unhygienic agents (honest lost souls will join them too) and I will try to get a critical mass to change you. And I will do that openly—maybe it’s the last chance. Because you were right, you are different; you are not like me. You are the one who decides, and I do not want that.
P.S. I wish all our enemies such friends. And yes, you will see your face, but you will not see us in the status of a province, nor will we see the governor in the status of a governor. Do not overstep your limits. Here, we are the ones who decide. The people decide. Long live independence! Long live sovereignty! Long live the Republic of Armenia!”
