Video: Ukrainian Forces Target Russian Black Sea Fleet Headquarters, One Fatality Reported

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have launched a missile strike on the building of the Russian Black Sea Fleet headquarters located in Sevastopol. A fragment of the missile fell near the Lunacharsky Russian Drama Theater in Sevastopol.

"The enemy has struck the fleet's headquarters. All operational services have been dispatched to the area. Information about casualties is being verified," reported Mikhail Razvozhayev, the governor of Sevastopol, on his Telegram channel. He indicated that another attack might be possible, and urged residents to avoid the city center and to stay indoors.

“Anyone near the fleet’s headquarters, when the alarm sounds, should go to shelters,” Razvozhayev warned.

Reports indicate that a significant number of ambulances have arrived at the strike site. A fire has erupted due to the explosion and efforts are currently underway to extinguish it.

According to a report from the Russian Ministry of Defense's Telegram channel, one serviceman has been killed as a result of the missile strike. The Black Sea Fleet headquarters is situated in the historic center of Sevastopol, neighboring numerous civilian facilities.
