At Least 2012 Dead in Morocco Earthquake: Reuters

At least 2012 people have died in an earthquake in Morocco, according to a report by Reuters citing data from the country's Ministry of Interior.
Additionally, 2059 people were injured, 1404 of whom are in critical condition.
The tremors caused destruction across nine provinces and prefectures in Morocco. The epicenter was located in the El Haouz area of the Ighil region.
It is noteworthy that the King of Morocco has declared a three-day mourning period following the catastrophic earthquake. He has ordered assistance for all those who lost their homes due to the earthquake and expedited search and rescue operations.
