They Are Not Documents: Artsakh Information Headquarters on Archive Burning

The Artsakh Information Headquarters reports that due to a long-term blockade and subsequent military actions, it is currently not possible to organize waste disposal in Stepanakert. In these conditions, residents are forced to burn the accumulated waste in various parts of the city in order to avoid a sanitary crisis.
