Video: Representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh Head to Evlaikh Meeting Accompanied by Peacekeepers

Representatives of the Armenian community in Nagorno-Karabakh are heading to a meeting in Evlaikh accompanied by peacekeepers.

According to reports, at the meeting in Evlaikh, the Artsakh side will be represented by the newly appointed State Minister, Arthur Harutyunyan, who is the former leader of the Artsakh 'Free Homeland' faction.

It is noteworthy that earlier the office of the President of Artsakh presented the proposals from the Russian side, according to which the issues raised by the Azerbaijani side regarding the reintegration of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, the assurance of their rights and security, as well as the provision for the life of the population of Nagorno-Karabakh within the framework of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, will be discussed during a meeting between the local Armenian population and representatives of the central authorities of Azerbaijan, which will take place in the city of Evlaikh on September 21, 2023, and in subsequent meetings.

The official Kremlin has announced that during the negotiations to be held in Evlaikh, Russian peacekeepers will act as mediators.
