VIDEO: Artsakh Delegation Arrives in Yevlakh

The Artsakh delegation has arrived in Yevlakh. Meetings have already begun between the Artsakh delegation and the Azerbaijani side.

In attendance from the Artsakh side is Deputy David Melkumyan. Azerbaijani media report that the Azerbaijani side is represented in Yevlakh by parliamentary deputy Ramin Mamedov, who was appointed by Ilham Aliyev in March as the person responsible for communication with the Armenian residents of the region.
