Armenia has fulfilled all its commitments, and at this moment, I cannot specify what Ms. Zakharova means when she presents accusations against us.

This was stated today, September 19, during a meeting with reporters by Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan, in reference to the statement made by the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

He noted that he is not well acquainted with Maria Zakharova's statement.

“However, we have repeatedly made statements regarding the complete fulfillment of our commitments, as well as our attitude and assessments concerning the actions of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, indicating that they are not fully adequate and do not correspond to the commitments made. We have called for the full implementation of the obligations undertaken by the declaration,” said the deputy minister.

Regarding the positions of international partners, Mnatsakan Safaryan mentioned that there have already been statements from Charles Michel, the President of the European Council, as well as from Josep Borrell, the head of EU diplomacy, and also from the Russian side.
