A Representative from Artsakh States There Is No Final Agreement with Baku

Following a meeting in Evlaq, a representative from Artsakh stated that there is no final agreement with Baku and that further details need to be coordinated. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

At the same time, a representative of Aliyev announced that negotiations between the Armenians of Karabakh and Azerbaijan could lead to the signing of a peace treaty, bringing an end to the conflict.

Yesterday, it was revealed that the authorities of the Artsakh Republic accepted the proposal from the command of the Russian peacekeeping mission regarding a ceasefire.
