Azerbaijan Has Created Additional Local Blockades in All Regions, Says Beglaryan
Azerbaijan has taken control of certain communities in Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as strategic heights and roads, stated former state minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Artak Beglaryan.
"They have also cut off road connections between some areas of Artsakh, creating additional local blockades in all regions. The people are facing an increasing threat of violence," Beglaryan noted.
