Azerbaijan Conducts Military Operations in Nagorno-Karabakh De Jure on Its Territory: Peskov

The Kremlin has announced that Azerbaijan is conducting military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh de jure on its territory. This statement was made today by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia, addressing Azerbaijan's large-scale operations in Artsakh.

"The accusations from Yerevan against Russia regarding the Karabakh issue are unfounded," said Peskov. He also commented on the conversation between Vladimir Putin and Nikol Pashinyan, noting that it is being coordinated.

"Communications with Azerbaijan continue at a working level, and if necessary, a conversation between Putin and Ilham Aliyev will be coordinated," he stated. Peskov also mentioned, "I cannot confirm clearly," regarding the establishment of a ceasefire agreement in Artsakh.
