Artsakh Ombudsman Collecting Data on Deceased and Missing Civilians and Soldiers
The Office of the Human Rights Defender is gathering information on deceased and missing civilians and military personnel as part of its fact-finding work. This was announced by the Office of the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh.
Relatives are encouraged to provide information by visiting the Office of the Human Rights Defender at 1 Khnunyantsner Street or by calling the phone number 047 97 90 46.
