Video: 23-Year-Old Dies in Hospital; His Father and Mother Were Victims of the Same Accident

On September 18, a 23-year-old resident of Kotayk Province, Marat S., passed away in the hospital.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, he was transported to the hospital by an ambulance from Masis Medical Center after a serious and tragic car accident that occurred on September 17 in Ararat Province.

Within the framework of the criminal case initiated by the Masis division of the police and the Masis investigative department of the Ararat regional investigative committee, the identities of the deceased on the spot have been established. They are 52-year-old Marat S. and 50-year-old Marine K., residents of Kotayk Province. They were married, and the person who passed away today was their son. Those who knew the family, both in their residence and in the wider community of Nor Hajn, stated that they were one of the most respectable families adhering to Armenian traditions.

In addition to their kindness, they were known for helping socially disadvantaged individuals and had not been seen engaging in anything else.

Earlier, on September 17, a tragic car accident occurred in Ararat Province. Around 21:30, in the administrative area of Aytnap, on the Yerevan-Yeraskh highway, for reasons still unknown, a Skoda brand vehicle left the traffic lane and collided with a stone fence. As a result of the accident, two individuals died on the spot, and one person was diagnosed with extreme severity and received first aid at the scene from the medics of the Masis Medical Center before being transported to the hospital.
