Procedural Violations, Voter Guidance: What New Violations Have Been Recorded

As of 19:00, the "Independent Observer" monitoring mission has recorded the following most common violations:

• Procedural violations – 29 cases
• Open voting – 13 cases
• Presence of individuals without the right to be at the polling station – 13 cases
• Crowding – 12 cases
• Voter guidance – 9 cases

It is worth noting that today, on September 17, all 475 polling stations in the 10 electoral districts established throughout Yerevan opened at 08:00. Voting will end at 20:00, after which vote counting will begin.

By 17:00, 21.36% of citizens in Yerevan had participated in the elections.
