VIDEO: Putin Advises Ukraine Not to 'Dance to Another's Flute'
Russian President Vladimir Putin has advised Ukraine not to "dance to another's flute." He made this remark during a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko while responding to journalists' questions.
The Russian leader was asked to comment on U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken's statement regarding the context of negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv, mentioning that "it takes two to tango." Putin responded, "Tango is certainly good. But I think it is important for Ukraine not to forget the hopak (a traditional Ukrainian war dance). This is important. Otherwise, they will always be dancing to someone else's flute."
Previously, it was reported that negotiations between Putin and Lukashenko have begun in Sochi.
