VIDEO: Russian Aid Moves Forward, Now Heading to Stepanakert

A video has surfaced on Telegram channels showing that Russian humanitarian aid has proceeded along the Aghdam-Stepanakert road. It is reported that the aid is now en route to Stepanakert.

It is worth noting that the Russian humanitarian aid had not entered Artsakh via Askeran. It had been parked in Azerbaijan's Bardar city for the second day.
