Video: Russian Red Cross Aid to Artsakh Delayed

According to Azerbaijani media, the assistance sent by the Russian Red Cross to the residents of Artsakh is being delayed.

Data from the Azerbaijani western bureau indicates that the truck is still located in Bardar.

It is worth reminding that the Russian Red Cross has dispatched a truck with food and non-food supplies to meet the needs of the Artsakh population.
