Efforts to Spread Panic Through Phone Calls: Warning

The National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh, in line with its legislative responsibilities and powers, informs that citizens of the Republic of Artsakh have received SMS messages from the short phone numbers '9009', '0044', and '4452' containing the message 'Karabakh is Azerbaijan.'

The National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh calls on the public not to respond to such messages and to remain calm.

In case of receiving suspicious messages or calls, please promptly contact the artsakh National Security Service or call the hotline numbers: 047-94-41-26 and 41-26.
