Apple Unveils iPhone 15: What Changes Have Been Made

Apple has introduced the iPhone 15 at the Wanderlust event today. The new iPhone no longer features Face ID. The camera and sensors are now integrated into Dynamic Island, positioned between two cutouts on the screen. The back panel is made of glass. Replacing the previous Lightning connector, the new smartphone features a USB-C port. Now you can charge your MacBook, iPad, iPhone, and even the second-generation AirPods Pro with a single cable.

The iPhone 15 also incorporates Apple’s second-generation U2 ultrawide chip, which will assist in locating lost devices or objects tagged with AirTag, as well as enabling users to find nearby iPhones.

Thanks to the new portrait mode, the phone will automatically determine whether it is capturing a person or a pet, and whether the subject is in the frame or not.

The new smartphone features Apple’s Super Retina XDR display, measuring 6.1 inches, while the Plus model boasts a 6.7-inch screen. The iPhones will be available in black, light blue, green, yellow, and pink colors.
