German Rheinmetall to Supply Ukraine with 40 More Marder Infantry Fighting Vehicles

The German Rheinmetall concern will send an additional 40 Marder infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) to Ukraine. This information was reported by the company's press service on its website.

According to the announcement, "Rheinmetall's work on the existing vehicles is in full swing, ensuring that a new batch of Marders will be delivered in accordance with the contract in 2023."

The agency notes that after this delivery, the total number of Marders transferred by Rheinmetall to the country will increase to 80.
