Defense Army Units Did Not Conduct Construction Works: Artsakh Defense Ministry

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has disseminated yet another piece of disinformation. The Ministry of Defense of Artsakh reports this.

“The statement by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan claiming that the Defense Army units attempted to conduct construction works in the Martuni region on September 9 at approximately 19:15, which were allegedly halted by actions of Azerbaijani units, is yet another piece of disinformation,” the report states.
