According to reports, the incident took place in the yard of the military commissariat located in the Nevsky district of the Northern capital. It is known that no one was injured as a result of the incident.

The press service of the district administration informed TASS that a homemade explosive device detonated near the building of the military commissariat on Krupskaya Street in St. Petersburg's Nevsky district.
