Alen Simonyan Visits Soldiers Injured in Azerbaijani Provocation

The Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, visited the soldiers who sustained serious gunshot wounds due to the Azerbaijani provocation on September 1. Among those visited was Narek Karen Poghosyan, whose heart rate was miraculously restored, and Lyudvik Serzhiki Masihi-Yusafian.

“Health to our boys; their lives are not in danger at this moment,” Simonyan wrote on his Facebook page.

It is worth recalling that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened intense fire on the Armenian positions deployed in the Gegharkunik region, near the Sotk and Norabak communities, starting from 07:50 on September 1. Azerbaijan also used mortars and drones during the attack. The Armenian side has reported 3 fatalities and 2 injuries.
