18+ VIDEO: Scuffle, Fight, and Insults: Incident Between CP Members and Barev Supporters

Today, September 4, at around 18:30, near the headquarters of the Civil Contract party in the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan, members of the party and its supporters attacked members of the movement for Nikol Pashinyan’s removal, who were conducting outreach for the rally scheduled for September 7. This was announced by the Council of the National-Democratic Barev.

“For a long time, there were no police or other law enforcement officers at the scene of the incident, and the members of the Civil Contract and their supporters managed to use physical and psychological violence against the members of the movement for Pashinyan’s removal,” the statement read.

In the video, both sides begin to pull at each other, exchanging blows, including against women. Shouts and inappropriate behavior can be heard and observed.
