VIDEO: Peacekeepers' Representative Assures They Will Not Allow Azerbaijanis to Advance

David Gahramanyan, a photographer from Artsakh, reports that Hamlet Apresyan, the head of the Askeran administration, met with one of the representatives of the Russian peacekeeping forces, who is currently near the Azerbaijanis. The representative of the Russian peacekeepers assured H. Apresyan that they would not allow the Azerbaijanis to advance under any circumstances.
“We are staying here. We are setting up a tent at the moment,” he wrote.
