Video: Footage of Earthquake Recorded in Azerbaijan, Tremors Felt in Artsakh

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh has reported that the earthquake registered in Azerbaijan was also felt in Stepanakert. "At 20:36, the earthquake recorded in Azerbaijan was felt in Artsakh, in the city of Stepanakert, with a magnitude of 2-3. The intensity of the underground tremors in the epicentral zone reached 6-7," the statement said.

It was noted that the earthquake occurred 40 km southwest of the city of Shamakhi in Azerbaijan, with an epicenter at a depth of 10 km.

According to the national center of the seismological service of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 was registered in the region of Kurdamir, Azerbaijan. The underground tremors were recorded at 20:38 local time. The epicenter of the earthquake was located 14 km southeast of the city of Kurdamir, at a depth of 75 km.

Earlier, we reported that according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 was recorded in Azerbaijan. The epicenter was located 29 km northwest of the city of Aghjabadi.
