Azerbaijani Armed Forces Target Water Truck in Artsakh; One Injured

On September 3, at approximately 14:20, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire in the direction of Jankatag in the Martakert region of Artsakh, using small arms and an HAN-17 grenade launcher. This was reported by the Artsakh Defense Army.

“The Azerbaijani armed forces targeted a water truck. As a result of the ceasefire violation, one individual from the Armenian side was injured. His life is not in danger. As of 15:30, the situation along the contact line is relatively stable,” the statement said.
