PHOTO: Moscow's Vnukovo and Domodedovo Airports Halt Flight Operations

Moscow's Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports are no longer accepting flights as aircraft circle in holding patterns around the capital. This was reported by Readovka.

"The city's Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports have temporarily ceased to accept and dispatch aircraft. Passengers have told Readovka that announcements have been made over the loudspeakers regarding the suspension of flights due to the closure of airspace," the Telegram channel reported.

Furthermore, a "Carpet" plan has been announced at Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports, according to Baza.

A total of 32 flights have been delayed, while another 20 have been canceled.
