Azerbaijan has conducted another provocation by taking representatives of international media to the Akna-Stepanakert section under the guise of delivering humanitarian aid. Specifically, journalists from Bloomberg, Reuters, BBC, and Getty Images have come to cover the events.

It is noteworthy that yesterday Baku sent a so-called "humanitarian cargo" to Artsakh. Two trucks loaded with flour have stopped near the position of Russian peacekeepers. The authorities in Artsakh have declared that they will not allow the entry of these cargoes.
