Artsakh photographer David Ghahramanyan made a post on his Facebook page, stating that at this moment, he is with hundreds of compatriots on the Agdam-Stepanakert road. “Azerbaijan's fake 'humanitarian aid' will not enter Artsakh. Those who have the opportunity, join us. We will most likely spend the night here,” the photographer wrote.
