Azerbaijanis Abduct Another Artsakh Citizen: 'Hraparak'

According to 'Hraparak', Azerbaijanis have once again "abducted" a man from a group of Artsakh residents being transported to Armenia via the Hakari bridge with the mediation of Russian peacekeepers.

"We have learned that the man is of middle age; no other details are known yet, but we will try to clarify this in the near future," the website states.

It is worth recalling that earlier, Azerbaijan had abducted Vagif Khachatryan, who was being transferred from Artsakh to Armenia for medical treatment, accompanied by the Red Cross, in the Lachin corridor.
