It is noteworthy that at around 14:10 today, the 911 emergency hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call reporting that a vehicle had fallen into a water conduit in the village of Nor Ughi, Ararat Province. Three bodies were retrieved from the vehicle.
