Video: Another Oil Refinery Shut Down Due to Fires in the U.S.

Another oil refinery has been shut down in the U.S. due to fires. The fire broke out yesterday in storage tanks at the Marathon Petroleum oil refinery in southern Louisiana. This marks the third fire at the facility in less than a year, the company has reported.

U.S. media outlets have reported a chemical leak from the refinery. Local officials have ordered the evacuation of residents within a two-mile radius.

Earlier, it was announced that most of the BP Plc oil refinery in Whiting, Indiana, was shut down after a fire broke out Wednesday evening.
