Turkish Defense Minister in Baku

The Turkish Defense Minister has arrived in Baku, according to Azerbaijani media reports. It is noted that the delegation led by the head of Turkey's military-political office was welcomed by the Defense Minister of Azerbaijan, Zakir Hasanov.

"During the visit, various aspects of military cooperation and regional security are expected to be discussed," the released statement mentions.

It is worth noting that today the Ministry of Defense of Armenia addressed the latest statement issued by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan. "The statement by Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense claiming that Armenian Armed Forces units attempted to make positional advancements and improvements in the southwestern direction of the border at around 13:30 on August 26 is completely false," the Armenian Defense Ministry stated.
