Another Lie: Message from the Artsakh Ministry of Defense

The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh has issued a statement.

"The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan regarding the claim that the Defense Army's units conducted construction work in the Askeran region on August 22 at around 19:20, and that this was allegedly prevented by the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is yet another piece of disinformation," the statement reads.
