Azerbaijan is Preparing a Ground for Further Provocations: Artsakh Defense Army

Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense issued a statement claiming that the Defense Army units carried out construction works in the Shushi region around 19:40 on August 16, which were allegedly thwarted by the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. This is yet another piece of disinformation.

"It is clear that by continuously spreading false information recently, Azerbaijan is preparing an informational groundwork for further provocations," the statement from the Artsakh Ministry of Defense says.
