Armenian Defense Ministry on Azerbaijani Statement
The Armenian Ministry of Defense has issued a statement regarding the communication from the Azerbaijani side, which is presented below.
“The statement released by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan claiming that the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire towards Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern section of the border around 23:30 on August 23 does not reflect the reality.”
