VIDEO: Putin's Speech at BRICS Summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin, during his speech at the BRICS summit, emphasized that the crisis in Ukraine has been caused by the desire of several countries to support their hegemony.

“Russia is grateful to its BRICS partners who are trying to assist in the resolution of the conflict. The actions of the Russian side in Ukraine are dictated solely by the desire to stop the extermination war unleashed by the West,” Putin stated.

It should be noted that representatives from more than 40 countries attended the BRICS summit that kicked off yesterday in Johannesburg, South Africa. The first day of the summit included a business forum. Russian President Vladimir Putin also made his address via video.
