The message disseminated by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense regarding the alleged attempt of Artsakh Defense Army units to carry out fortification work in the Kashatagh region on August 20 at 3:15 PM, which supposedly was thwarted by Azerbaijani actions, is another piece of misinformation.
This was reported by the Press Service of the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh.
