Baku Denies Transfer of Helen Dadayan's Remains to Artsakh

Baku has denied the transfer of the remains of Helen Dadayan, an Artsakh resident from Tchardakhlu, to Artsakh this morning. This was reported by Facebook user Vardan Harutyunyan.

“A few days ago, the Red Cross had reached a preliminary agreement with Baku to transfer Helen Dadayan’s remains, who tragically died in a car accident on the Gyumri-Yerevan road, to Artsakh today. However, Baku has rejected this request this morning.

All concerned citizens who wish to stand by Helen's family on this issue, I will soon announce how we can assist,” Harutyunyan added.

It is worth recalling that a tragic car accident occurred on the night of August 14 on the Yerevan-Gyumri highway near the village of Lanjik, where a passenger van of the 'Volkswagen' brand collided with a 'ZIL' truck. Eleven individuals lost their lives in the accident, including the driver of the van, and six others sustained serious injuries.
