Photos: Scenes from the tragic traffic accident in Shirak Province. 11 dead, several injured

As previously reported, at 00:27, a call was received at the crisis management center of the Shirak regional rescue department indicating that an accident occurred on the Yerevan-Gyumri highway near the village of Lanjik. This is reported by the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It was determined that a passenger minibus of the "Volkswagen" brand collided with a "ZIL" brand truck (driver: H. P., born in 1990) at the 90th km of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway.

According to information received from Gyumri Medical Center, the injured M. G. (born in 1996), L. Q. (born in 1989), H. P. (born in 1990), P. A. (born in 1985), E. K. (born in 2000), and E. S. (born in 1984) were hospitalized. Subsequently, E. S. (born in 1984) was transferred to the "Erebuni" Medical Center in Yerevan.

As a result of the accident, 11 citizens lost their lives.
