Photos: Severe Accident on Yerevan-Sevan Highway, Passenger in Critical Condition

On the 52nd kilometer of the Yerevan-Sevan highway, vehicles of brands "Opel" and "Lexus" collided, resulting in injuries. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescue service.

Prior to the arrival of the rescuers, the driver of the "Lexus" car, identified as 34-year-old A.M., was hospitalized at the Sevan city hospital. The driver of the "Opel" vehicle and passenger L.B. (born in 1989) were taken to the Hrazdan city hospital, according to the statement.

It was noted that the medical professionals assessed the condition of the drivers as satisfactory, while the passenger's condition is critical.

Rescuers have de-energized the vehicles and closed the gas tank valves.
