What is the Main Fear of the Ukrainian Armed Forces? BILD Journalist Clarifies

The Ukrainian Armed Forces fear that they will soon be forced to negotiate with Russia, losing Western support, says BILD journalist Paul Ronzheimer.

"I was surprised by how many soldiers honestly admitted that they were expecting better results (from the counteroffensive)," he stated after visiting Ukraine and speaking with military personnel.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces understand that they need to make significant breakthroughs to prevent the West from turning away from them, the correspondent explained.

"Kyiv fears that at some point, partners may say, 'You have made no progress; is there any point in continuing the fight?' And they will start seeking to end the conflict promptly, regardless of the terms," Ronzheimer added.
