Tragic Car Accident in Vayots Dzor: Two Dead and Several Injured Headed to a Birthday Celebration

A tragic car accident occurred today, August 1, in the Vayots Dzor region. Around 12:40 PM, an Opel vehicle lost control on the Yeghegnadzor-Geghatagh-Martuni highway while heading towards the Vardenyats Pass. It went off the roadway and flipped several times for about 200 meters before ending up in a gorge. This news was reported by Shamshyan.com.

According to reports, two individuals died at the scene. Preliminary information indicates that two others, one of whom is a minor, were transported to the 'Yeghenadzor' medical center.
