ISIS Claims Responsibility for Pakistan Attack

The Islamic State terrorist group has claimed responsibility for an attack in Pakistan's Bajaur district, Aamaj News reported on Monday.

Yesterday, an explosion occurred during a political rally in the Bajaur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, near the border with Afghanistan, resulting in 46 deaths and at least 200 injuries.

The explosion took place during a rally for supporters of the Islamist Jamaat-Ulemai-Islami party. The attack was carried out by a suicide bomber.
